Split spinning

Using wheels with hard sharp corners, the edge of the rectangular cross-section of the rotating circular blank is gradually radially fed and extruded to split the two parts called "Y" shape, and then 1-3 forming rotating wheels are used to shape and shape the spinning to obtain the required shape and size. This forming method is called splitting spinning.

This method can be used to form aluminum alloys and mild steel (under heating conditions), as well as to form integral V-groove pulleys and various lightweight integral wheels. It can be used for the processing of such parts in the manufacture of automobiles, tractors, washing machines and other machinery, and can be produced in batches.
